The RECON toolbox has been developed for the specific purpose of analysing video
files recorded during tests carried in Bassin de Génie Océanique (BGO) First
in La-Seyne-sur-mer in July-August 2013 as part of the CITEPH Project "Wave
propagation in ice-covered seas" funded by Total E&P, Saipem and Doris
Engineering Inc. Principal investigators were

GENERAL NOTES
This use most of the functions you will need the following toolboxes installed:
* The g_rect package
* The calib toolbox (a working version is also included in g_rect)
* The Mathworks' Image Processing toolbox

GETTING STARTED
A good place to start is by having a look at the R_INFO function. This sets a
number of environment variables as well as general parameters for the subsequent
analysis.
